Starr was a tiny puppy when she was found abandoned in the countryside and taken to the safety of the shelter. She came into foster in the UK in August 2025 and was adopted after a couple on months. Unfortunately the home was too busy for her and she came back into rescue just before Christmas. She is currently in foster in Friday Bridge near Wisbech.

Personality & Home Life 🏡
Starr is a beautiful-natured, gentle pup who bonds deeply with her people. Once she feels safe and comes out of her shell, she is incredibly loving, playful, and even a little vocal in the sweetest way.
She loves other dogs and enjoys playtime, and she may benefit from having a confident, friendly dog in the home who she can play with and take reassurance from. She also settles well and enjoys relaxing when playtime is over.
Starr walks beautifully on the lead and is fully house trained — she’s clean in the house and very easy to live with. She can be left while her humans are at work, provided she has a toilet and cuddle break during the day. When left, she happily settles on the sofa and sleeps with no issues. She also sleeps through the night.
Starr already knows some basic cues and can sit and give paw.

Ideal Home 💛
Starr would thrive in a calm, loving home with patient adopters who understand nervous or sensitive dogs and are happy to let her build confidence at her own pace. A quiet household with predictable routines would suit her well, and she could do equally well as an only dog or with a confident canine companion.
